Turn Your Eyes & Don't Turn Away

(Medley starting with the tune "Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus")

Turn your eyes upon Jesus
Look full in His wonderful face
And the things of earth will grow strangely dim
In the light of His glory and grace...

There's a time I can remember
Not long ago
When I met a man called Jesus
Who changed my life so
I never thought about anyone
Before that day
Now I cry for lost souls
That need to be saved

(Chorus)
If you're here and you don't know all that I say
If you're here and you haven't heard a preacher pray
If you're here and He's calling you, don't turn away
That's why He brought you here, to be saved today
(Tag)
That's why He brought you here, to be saved today

It's so awesome to think about
A man on a cross
That didn't deserve to die
For a girl that was lost
But He shed His blood on Calvary
For you and for me
Reach out and accept it
And you can be free

(Repeat Chorus with Tag then add first line of medley)

Whosoever

I remember like it was yesterday
The day I cried out to the Lord
My trials had come and my sin had cost
Me more than I could afford
Then Jesus heard my humble cry
And praise God He replied
By saving me from eternal death
My prayers were not denied

(Chorus)
When it says "whosoever"
Thank God it mentions me
I was lost but now I'm found
I was blind but now I see
When it says "whosoever"
It surely only can mean
That whosoever believes in Him
Will live with Him for eternity
(Tag) Will live eternally

So if your troubles seem to hard to bare
The problem might be your soul
Just believe and trust in Jesus Christ
For He can make you whole
He'll cleanse your wicked sinful heart
One day you'll never part
The Lord and all His glory
You can make a brand new start

(Repeat Chorus twice running into each other & then add Tag)

Jesus Loves Me

There's a name above all other names
It's a name I love to hear
There's a name above all other names
There's a name that means the world to me
It's a name that brings music to my ears

(Chorus)
Jesus loves me
Jesus loves me
It may be hard to believe
But He loves me
Lost in sin
But now I'm found
For blessings in
I'll wear a crown
It may be hard to believe
He loves me

There's a man more mighty than any man
It's a man who suffered for my sins
There's a man who knew a special love
It's a man who in the end will win

(Repeat Chorus)

(Slow down to the tune "Jesus Loves the Little Children")

Jesus loves the little children, all the children of the world
Red and yellow, black and white they are precious in His sight
Jesus loves the little children of the world

(Back to the chorus, but only half of it)
Jesus loves me
Jesus loves me
It may be hard to believe
He loves me

Mount Calvary's Cross

(Medley verses to the tune of "Glory to His Name" and chorus to the tune of "Kneel At the Cross")

Come to the place where my Savior died
Up on a mount He was crucified
There where a thief to God did cry
Come to Mount Calvary's cross

(Chorus)
Come to the cross
Jesus will see you there
Come where He died
He'll meet you when you kneel in prayer

This was the place where they laughed at Him
Laughed at the man born in Bethlehem
On an old cross where He bore our sins
Come to Mount Calvary's cross

(Chorus)

Won't you please come take the gift He gives?
He takes your sin and at last forgives
And he's not gone but forever lives
Come to Mount Calvary's cross

(Chorus)

The Cross

He was bruised, whipped and beaten
Spit upon and set on a tree
He wore a heavy cross on His back
And walked a road to Calvary
He was nailed and lifted up
On a tree that He had grew
All He said was "Forgive them Father,
For they know not what they do"

(Chorus)
Forgive them, Forgive them
For they know not what they do
Forgive them precious Father
For they know not what they do

He could have called the angels
To take Him off that cross
But He went on with God's plan
To seek and to save that which was lost
And I'm so thankful everyday
For the gift of life He gives
And even though He died on a cross
I know my Saviour lives

(Chorus)
He lives, He lives
He could live inside of you
If you only believe and trust Him
He could live inside of you

So won't you please accept Him?
So you can live eternally
We don't deserve the gift of love
That Jesus gave on Calvary
If you trust and believe
Then one day you'll never die
And you can live in eternity
For the Bible does not lie

(Chorus)
You'll live, you'll live
You will live eternally
If you only believe and trust Him
You will live eternally
(Tag)

If you only believe and trust Him
You will live eternally

If it Wasn't

I was thinking about a time
In this world long ago
I learned there was a man
Who at the time I did not know
He went to a mountain
To bear shame that was not His
And for all the shame
He made it possible for me to live

(Chorus)
If it wasn't for Calvary, I wouldn't be here today
If it wasn't for a church that cares, my sins wouldn't be washed away
If it wasn't for the love of one, who cared enough to die for me
If it wasn't for Jesus, I wouldn't live eternally

You can also learn about
The man who set me free
You can meet the Son of God
Who gave His life on Calvary
You can learn about His love
And the gift He gladly gives
And you can believe
He can make it possible for you to live

(Chorus)
Because it was Calvary, I am here today
Because it was a church that cares, my sins are all washed away
Because it was the love of one, who cared enough to die for me
Because it was Jesus, I now will live eternally

(Tag)
Because it was Jesus, I now will live eternally
