Jinx was my 'change of life' baby...cause he literally changed my life. He weighed only 5 lbs 11 oz when he was born and the was tinest thing I had ever seen. Who would have thought in just 15 yrs he would have grown taller than I am. The perfect baby for a couple in their late 30's he took life as it was handed to him, accepted it without a fuss and still does. We found out at the age of 4 he was legally blind in his left eye. To make him use it, he wore a patch on his right eye until his first surgery when he was in the third grade. (He had two others within the next 3 years and now has perfect vision.) Accepting this also, he learned to ride a bike, was on the A honor roll in school and never complained about the patch, which, by the way, he, himself, put on every morning. He is now a sophmore at Liberty High School. His main interest are 'choir' and 'theater arts'. He has a very deep voice and has since he was born. He was the only bass in the middle school choir for 2 years, and has won awards for his singing in both schools. He hopes to carry through with his singing and acting making a career out of them. I will not push him, but will guide him all I can. Needless to say, I am very proud of my son. He has brought happiness and joy to all who he ever met, especailly to his family. ![]()
