Pepperoni Bread
1 loaf frozen bread dough 1 egg
1 tsp. parsley 1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper
1 8" stick of pepperoni 1 c. grated mozzarella cheese
Thaw loaf of bread according to pkg. directions. Spread thawed dough into large rectangle on greased cookie sheet. Make an egg wash by mixing egg and seasonings. Spread half on dough almost to edges. Skin and thinly slice pepperoni. Layer slices (3 or 4 to a row) down center third of bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Fold dough over filling one-third over and then last third over. Flip dough so seam side is underneath. Spread loaf with remaining egg mix. Let rise until double in bulk. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.


Cheese Popcorn Snack
4 qts. plain popped popcorn 1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. onion salt
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese ...
Put popcorn in two 13 x 9 x 2 baking pans. Drizzle with melted butter. Combine garlic salt and onion salt; sprinkle over popcorn. Top with cheese. Bake at 300 for 5 - 10 minutes. Serve.


Shrimp Spread
3 cans shrimp, rinsed & drained 1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. finely choppepd green onions 2 tsp. sour cream
2 tsp. lemon juice 1 1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard
3/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce crackers
Finely chop the shrimp; place in a bowl. Stir in the next 6 ingredients until well blended. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers.
