Part
7!
One day A friend of mine was feeling really sad because
her boyfriend and her broke up.
So, I stayed with her all day and I helped her feel better.

--A RainbowCreator!--
I don't create rainbows.
I only search for the pot of gold at the end of each rainbow.
They are way too beautiful to attempt to create.
It would be a slap in the face to Mother Nature,
if I were to try and make one.

I have always had a dream of the perfect life,
with lots of kids on a place in the country,
raising our own food and animals,
providing our own electricty...
A place where our children could grow in peace and safety.
At last it is here....
A dream completed!

After school while walking home, I looked up to see a beauiful

It brought back the day my dad died.
I hurt from my lost so much,
but I knew dad was in a better place...
He was free to walk, talk and run again.
You see my dad was very ill, dying each day, little by little...
There was nothing I could do to stop the pain.
He's now gone, but not forgotten in my heart.
As I look up at the

My friend Mindy gave me a beautiful desktop Calender featuring
daily Spiritual Quotes,
starting with "A Wise Man Availeth Much"...
It was given to her at the beginning of 1997.
She gave it to me at the beginning of 1998 and
at the beginning of 1999, I intend to pass it on to someone
else.
The way it is printed, it can be used over and over again....
Isn't that nice?
I am really enjoying it and am enjoying the anticipation of
passing the Word on just as much!

As I find the world around me becoming more and more complex,
with too many worries and responsibilities, I feel overwelmed.
But just as I feel really stressed, I take some time to
sit next to a cool creek,
watch the birds fly by,
or stare up into the clouds for a rainbow.
Nothing
seems to worry me anymore.
--P.M. From Northern California!--
I have always loved rainbows and so has my 4yr old daughter.
When my daughter was about 2yrs old,
we'd gone to a birthday party where
she was given brightly colored latex balloons to bring home.
Well, knowing full well that the helium wouldn't last much longer,
I let her play with them as much as she wanted for awhile.
When she'd gotten bored with them and
I didn't want any deflated balloons laying around (safety issue for little kids),
I told her this:
When you release a balloon into the sky,
it flies to Heaven and puts the color into the

She of course totally believed that and it made it
much easier to explain
than having to just toss out a deflated balloon.
Ever since, whenever she receives latex balloons,
we release them to the

Well, last winter I lost a baby and
after yet another birthday party this spring,
my daughter asked if she could send her balloons to the

for her baby angel brother to have
"since he doesn't get to go to birthday parties and get balloons."
Of course my husband and I cried at her precious love and thoughtfulness and
with full hearts, watched her balloon of love float away
to her baby angel brother in the sky.
--P.S. From Northeast USA!--
The happiest and most surreal life experience thus far has been
the birth of my daughter.
She is like an angel, mostly while she is asleep.
Her laugh, smile, and blue eyes could lift a cloud from the sun.
She is truely the best gift I could have ever received.

In high school I met a friend.
Things weren't going too well for her.
She attempted suicide twice in one month.
I helped her to see that life is worth living.
I helped her to find God.

I looked over head as it disapeared into the night.
I couldn't believe my eyes, as I stood and watched it go,
not to ever get over the magnitude of its glow.
