Red-fronted Macaw

There are only a few of these Red-fronted Macaws in the wild.
They are on the Endangered Species list.
Dr. Lee is lucky enough to own several breeding pairs. Aren't those babies precious?

African Greys are among the best of the talking birds.
This is Scooter, who has a pretty good vocabulary, and is owned by my good friend Elaine.
Scooter didn't say much until he was over a year old.
I kept telling Elaine that Scooter would talk some day, and now she can't shut him up!

Red-sided Eclectus

The Eclectus makes a great pet also. Males of the species are green and females are red.
This beauty was my pet until my friend Dale fell in love with him. He has been a great companion to Dale.
They recently traveled from Florida to Colorado by car. A great traveler! Way to go Kiwi....
