Little Chick Cupcakes

	cupcakes
	shredded coconut
	yellow food coloring
	vanilla frosting
	orange gummy fish
	mini chocolate chips

Toss coconut with several drops of yellow food coloring. Stir more yellow food coloring into vanilla frosting.

Spread a cupcake with yellow frosting, covering top and all around the sides.

Pat yellow coconut into frosting right away, shaping into a chick. Frost and coat remaining cupcakes one at a time.

Cut heads of 2 orange gummy fish for each cupcake. The heads will form the beaks and the tails with become feet.

Push 2 fish tails under each cupcake to make feet.

Poke 2 mini chips into each cupcake to make eyes. make beak by using a dab of frosting to attach the heads of the fish.
