Porters survey of 3000 acres fourty ° N.W. of where the N. Boundary of said survey crops Fishing Creek and extending S.W. with said Boundary and N.W. for quantity.

Aaron Morgan locates 100 acres of land in Tyler Co. by virtue of treasury warrant for $300.00 as (?) issued Jan 27th 1824 to William Delashmutt who assigns 200 to said Morgan on the waters of Fishing Creek on the dividing Ridge between Middle Island Creek and said Fishing Creek about 3 miles from the Ohio River to include what is known by John Buchannons Sugar Camp.
