To My Heavenly Father
Father I reach out to you, knowing you are always ready to help me, and lead me in the way I should go.There is no other answer for me, no help exist that I can depend on, except your help my heavenly Father.
As I extend my hand to you, I feel comfort and peace. I know from reading your Word you love me, and want me to prosper. I need only love and follow you first and always, in each way, and let nothing in this world become more important to me than you.
In everything I do, I seek your wisdom, your knowledge, your strength, to guide me through these most difficult times. Oh God, I know there are times I stumble and fall; please forgive me. Your understanding of my weakness shows in the loving way you help me with every trial I face.
Every time I have turned to you, my Heavenly Father, you have been there. You have always
heard my prayers. Do you always give me what I want? No, but as the days go on, I am forever grateful that, in your wisdom, you knew what was best, and I understand why the answer was "No."
I feel Your presence surrounding me. I cling to you, Oh Lord, for this world would be a frightening place without you. Your angels encircle me and keep me safe. I've seen many dangers around me, felt strong forces that would overcome me, try to stop me from ministering with Your Word. I will not stop! Your power in me gives me the strength I need to conquer the evil forces. Thank you, Lord, for your strength, love and guidance, in my life.
