Leg Cramps

When I was expecting Dagan, I worked about 35 hours a week at a fast food taco joint. Needless to say, I was on my feet the entire time (with the exception of a measly 15-minute break - if I was lucky). The one time I experienced muscle cramps I was awakened rudely, almost screaming in pain.
Ugly picture, isn't it? Well, after that, when I would work a long shift (and that was almost every day) I would climb into bed at night and stretch my legs carefully. I would simply point my toes toward my face, stretching the calf muscles that caused me that unbearable pain. I did that every night for the remainder of my pregnancy, and I never went through that again.
