PJ came to live with us in the spring of 1996. She was the most adorable
little puppy!!! She immediately made her place here. When she was 6 months old,
I entered her in the Norwegian Elkhound specialty (PSNEA) in Woodinville, WA. She
was best junior puppy in sweepstakes. And she won her class the same day also. It
was a fun time. She took it all in stride and acted as if she were someone pretty special.
She won Winners Bitch at the Enumclaw, WA show in August, 1997, and we had this picture taken of her. She showed quite well that day. She seems to enjoy traveling and showing. She has learned to expect treats, so she barks outside the ring
to get them. Once inside the ring, though, it is all business. There isn't much doubt from those who know her that she tends to be a bit spoiled.
In March, 1998 she took back-to-back majors at the
Centralia Kennel Club show in Washington
for her championship.
