I'm a descendant of Dr Peter Carrington's son Noadiah
and Hannah. Their son Elias Carrington b 17 May 1734 New
Haven, Ct died 6 Aug 1800 Milford, Ct. married Esther
Northrup of Milford, Ct. b 24 Sept 1744 died 14 April 1817
Milford. Dr Elias Carrington was appointed by the Assembly
1776, to examine and give certificates to applicants who
desired to serve as surgeons in Army.
Their children were: Elias Jr. b 19 Feb 1764 Milford
died 1829 Milford married 25 Mar 1792 Milford Content
Baldwin. Esther b 1 Mar 1766 Milford died 16 June 1854
marr 10 Sept 1787 Rev. Isaac Foster from Great Barrington,
Ma. (Dr) Samuel b 4 June 1767 removed to Nova Scotia,
Can. Ephraim b 23 Sept 1768 died 1801 Philadelphia, Pa.
Sarah b 27 Feb 1700 Milford died 4 Aug 1842 Milford married
30 Sept 1800 Caleb Smith b 30 Jan 1772 Milford died 28 Dec
1854 Milford. John b 14 Mar 1772 Milford died 20 Sept
1773. Abijah b 1776 Milford died 15 March 1851. Julia b
1778 Milford married 14 Dec 1801 Miles Merwin Milford.

Milford to Susan Pond b 29 Jan 1786 Milford died 22 May 1867
