Grandpa With Clarence Shelton Poston's Family

This picture was taken July 4, 1927 of Grandpa Stephen Douglas Poston with his son, Clarence Shelton POSTON and his family. The Clarence Shelton POSTON family had just returned to KY from CA for a visit with their KY Family. The Clarence Shelton POSTON family stayed in KY until the following spring. On April 23, 1928, while returning to CA from KY, they stopped to camp by the Sangamon River in Petersburg, Menard Co, IL and little Helen accidently fell in the Sangamon River and drowned.
