Christmas Card Mailing List
epb1937@scrtc.com
A list of friends and kin
I have written in my Roladex.
Every Christmas
I go and get my pen and specs.
These written names
Are a part,
Not of the Roladex,
But of my heart.
Each name within
the Roladex alphabet
Stands for someone
Special I've met.
These people may not
Be aware of this special link;
But each one has shaped my life
Much more than he-or-she may think.
For each individual,
The years will not erase
His-or-her pleasant memory
And friendly face.
So, my Christmas Cards
Are sent, not as a routine,
Or just names from a list; but there's
A thought of love to be felt and seen.
When you receive a
Card addressed to you,
It's because I feel
Sincere love for you.
I'm a total of the many
Folks I've met.
I send this card so each one
Will know I did not forget.
The very best gift
Is knowing folks like you;
May the Christmas Spirit
Bless the hearts of yours and you!
