PISTACHIO DESSERT

1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup butter
Filling
3 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Cool Whip
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 (3 oz ea) pkgs instant pistachio pudding mix
3 cups cold milk

Mix together flour, nuts and butter and press into the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Allow to cool. Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, Cool Whip and vanilla. Spread over crust. Make the pudding using 3 cups of milk; spread over cream cheese layer. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until set. Cover with more Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
