e's easily annoyed, and tries to ticket buster pj and max for speeding in a shopping cart. Characters:

Unregular Characters: Buster - A guitar playing homeless person that lives downtown and teaches Max and Peej about the life of homeless people. He has tall poofy hair, ragged clothes, and a rough deep voice.
Taxi Driver - This crook of a taxi driver is really hunched over, with bags under his eyes. He sounds like actor ______.
Policeman - This easily annoyed officer of the law is very short with grey hair and a moustache.

Setting: Downtown, Pete's House, Goofy's Backyard, Taxi Cab

No one will sell Pete ads for his business, so he starts his own newpaper. PJ and Max, in writing the stories start to use sensationalism and write fake news and the tables turn on old Petey.

Fearing that a new arrival to Pete's family will get them iced out, PJ, Pistol and Max give Pete a "baby" he'll never forget.
