Shinsei Industries YF-19

The YF-19, dubbed "Alpha One", was Shinsei Industries' entry to Project Super Nova.

The YF-19 is one of two fighters chosen for a final competition to be held at New Edwards flight center on Eden.

Yang Newmann, the child genius from Shinsei Industries, developed this variable fighter.

Alpha One is test-piloted by Lt. Isamu Dyson.

General Galaxy YF-21

The YF-21, dubbed "Omega One", was General Galaxy's entry to Project Super Nova.

The YF-21 is tecnologically more advanced than the YF-19, employing a lot of experimental equipment, one of which is the Brainwave Control System, which allows the pilot to control the fighter with thoughts alone.

Omega One is test-piloted by Chief Guld Boa Bowman.

X-9 Ghost Unmanned Fighter

Only half the size of a standard fighter, the Ghost is developed by the UN Spacy and the Macross Consortium.

The Ghost can either be piloted by remote control or autonomously in combat. The AI system in this fighter uses bio-nueral circuitry modeled after a human brain.
