Spring 1999-Brett Darago leaves Cinema Central

December 1998-Cinema Central mainstay Brett Darago and 2 season veteran Sian Williams will produce the sixth season of Cinema Central in early 1999.

November 1998-Kelli Higgins leaves the show, due to stress, and other reasons. We only wish Kelli the best.

October 1998-What's Done Is Done The second show of the season (21th overall) is 40 minutes, and the entire show never airs on MHTV due to it's odd length. Although it would be perfect for British TV.

Fall 1998-Fifth season of Cinema Central is under way. With new grounds to be broken with the first show! Brett Darago and Kelli Higgins and a large supporting cast look to turnout the greatest season of Cinema Central.

May 2, 1998-Cinema Central wins 'Most Improved Show' for the second year in a row at the Broadcast and Cinematic Arts banquet. Brett Darago wins the best actor award. Former producer of Cinema Central Brian Seiffererlein wins a number of awards for his show Kitty Litter Kings.

April 1998-Kelli Higgins and Brett Darago will produce the fifth season of Cinema Central.

April 1998-Cinema Central's fourth season ends with a show record six episodes produced in one season.

April 13, 1998-The History of Cinema Central airs without any PSA breaks, becoming the second Cinema Central show to accomplish that feat.

March 1988-The Meaning Of Life airs. It's the first Cinema Central show to go without any PSA breaks. Also an hour long show.

Dec 3, 1997-Cinema Central gets picked up for a fourth season.

Dec 1, 1997-Dave Cebulski and Kelli Higgins propose Cinema Central to the staff of MHTV. Mary Louise Hutter and Brian Seifferlein each propose shows of their own.

Nov 19, 1997-Current producers Mary Louise Hutter and Brian Seifferlein are leaving Cinema Central after the third season. The show may be picked up by former associate producer Dave Cebulski and Kelli Higgins stay tuned for details...

Sept 1997-Former Cinema Central Assoicate Producer Dave Cebulski becomes manager of Modern Rock 91.5 WMHW in Mount Pleasant

Sept 1997-Cinema Central begins it's third season with it's new air time 8 PM on Mondays through Thursdays on MHTV channel 34 in Mount Plesant.

May 1997-Producer Keith Hillock graduates from Central Michigan University and leaves Cinema Central.

April 1997-Cinema Central wins 'Most Improved Show' at the 1997 Broadcast and Cinematic Arts awards banquet. Actor Bret Darago won best actor, and Emily Rose won Best newcomer.

April 1997-Cinema Central is picked up for a third season.
