This is the great ANN MILLER.
I can not put to words how much respect
I have for this lady. She was not
only beautiful, but she could
sing and dance your socks off.
Anyone who has seen EASTER PARADE
knows what a great hoofer she is.
She is one of the few ladies I felt
was good enough to star with G.K.
She could be THE best female dancer of her time.
May be of all time. She was spectacular.
This is the lovely Cyd Charisse.
She was definitely pretty enough for G.K.
She danced in a graceful style that complimented
G.K. perfectly. I liked her the best
of all his dance partners on screen.
Look at them. Are they not a
beautiful couple? This is from BRIGADOON .
This is a shot from ANCHORS AWEIGH.
It starred Frank Sinatra and Katherine Grayson.
I liked her ok, but couldn't get into her opera singing.
I liked her better though, in THOUSANDS CHEER.
She had a youthful air about her.
She was cute enough for G.K. in that one.
This is Lucille Ball under the huge wig.
Everyone loves Lucy . Well, in this movie
so did Gene. It wasn't in my top ten
G.K. movie list, but it is cute.
This flick is worth seeing at least once.
This is the one and only Judy.
I loved her in all of the flicks she made
with G.K. They were all funny and had great numbers.
This girl sure could sing and she also
made G.K. look good. She is my second favorite leading
lady for Gene. Well heck,I
loved all of her movies in general.
She was just a marvelous talent.
