Some of Leonardo DiCaprio's biggest fans are in Thailand and they've gone a
little extreme since he showed up there to work on a film. Seems some of the
girls have threatened suicide unless they get to meet Leo. No deaths -- but no
meetings -- reported yet.

Rush and Molloy:
Pretty boy Leonardo DiCaprio is set to play a tough guy in his next film.
Leo will star in Martin Scorsese's "The Gangs of New York," a drama about Irish gangsters in New York at the turn of the century.
DiCaprio might be joined by Robert De Niro, who played his brutal stepfather in 1993's "This Boy's Life," reports the Hollywood Reporter.
De Niro's participation in the movie could herald some off-screen knuckle-baring. He's repped by Creative Artists Agency, which declared war last week against Mike Ovitz' Artists Management Group, which manages DiCaprio.
The Leo-De Niro pairing would be the first project involving clients from the rival talent handlers.

Leonardo DiCaprio has yet another film on his roster: Fox is negotiating
to land the project DiCaprio is planning with director Lee Tamahori ("The
Edge" ) called "The Stanford Prison Experiment." The drama is based on
an actual 1971 psychology experiment that spun out of control, in which
students were placed in a mock prison and randomly assigned convict and
guard roles.... Arnold Schwarzenegger is reportedly fighting to resurrect
the period action film "Crusade." He would play an 11th-century death-row
prisoner recruited by the Pope as a warrior. Schwarzenegger has been trying
to get the film made for years; in 1994 sets were being built when production
company Carolco shut down production as the budget looked to surpass $120
million.... Budding It girl Charlize Theron is joining Ben Affleck and
Gary Sinise in the heist thriller " Reindeer Games."
