book "MASTERING FEAR"
The firewalk has been a major tool in most of the transformations I have seen. One example that comes to mind is a young single woman who was living on welfare with her two toddlers. Her first jaunt was across a 50-foot-long cinder bed of fiery embers. That's pretty unusual for a first time firewalk. Most firewalks are no longer than 12 feet---20 feet at the most. When I saw that lady walk over 50 feet of hot coals on her very first walk, I was impressed. "This is a pretty gutsy lady," I thought.
As the months rolled by, she joined us for a number of firewalks. She even attended the one in 1987 where we set the Guinness Book of World Records for the world's hottest firewalk. That was her last firewalk. I recall her saying she intended to take the princibles of the firewalk and apply those princibles to all areas of her life. She went back to school and graduated from college with a 4.0 grade average! She's no longer living on welfare. She's now happily married. She and her husband have three kids. Her transformation was remarkable. She went from being on welfare to graduating from colledge with honers. She didn't let fear limit her.
In a firewalking workshop, people learn how to master thier states of mind. When the mind is conquered, the emotions are in check and you can walk on fire. You can use the same tecniques to achieve anything you want in life.
Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it!
Boldness has genius, power and magic in it.
Only engage and the mind grows heated.
Begin; then the task will be completed!
Goethe
What is Firewalking and how do we do it? This is my (firetrotter) answer to that Question. It is only my answer and my truth not everyone elses:
Firewalking is not just done by the mind though the will is part of it. By my observation people who move around and get excited are least likly to get burned. Those that get a little burned heal fast.
Firewalking is lifting up the vibration of your body so that it is about the same as the fire.Vibration is the movement of the atoms in your body. As science knows atoms are constantly moving. The atoms in a fire move at a faster rate than the atoms in your body. This friction causes burns to the atoms in the slower body.
When you get excited and move around this causes the atoms to vibrate faster. Some people also call on god and get connected. This also causes the atoms to vibrate faster. Then when you walk on the fire you are vibrating with the fire, so there is no burning, cause there is no friction.
If you are not vibrating enough you may feel a little burning, but this heals fast because vibrating at a faster rate leads to a faster healing rate. Also once you learn to vibrate faster, you can heal almost any problem with your body, while doing so.
Another answer to the above questions is given in the Bible:
But I have understanding as well as you; I am not inferior to you. Who does not know such things as these of Spirit's wisdom and might?
For ask now the animals and they will teach you; ask the birds of the air and they will tell you.
Or speak to the earth, and it will teach you; and the fish of the sea will declare this truth to you.
Who is so blind as not to recognize in all these that it is Spirit's hand which does it and Spirit's way?
In Spirit's hand is the life of every living thing and the breath of all mankind. Is it not the task of the ear to discriminate between words, just as the mouth distinguishes food?
With the aged is wisdom; and with length of days comes understanding. But only with Spirit is wisdom and might; Spirit alone has counsel and understanding.
-Old Testament of the Bible: Job chap. 12, verses 3, 7-13
Which for me means, through spirit we can do anything if we only beleave we can, through the knowingness of spirit.
