A Note From George...

Hello Cyber TOPS and TOPS Loop and TOPS-E!

I just wanted to send an e-mail to say thank you! Thank you for all the kind words
and praise and encouragement I have received since joining all these lists!
I love them all and I wish I had the chance to write back to everyone who writes me!
It's hard because it's so much mail and I love every bit of it!
So, I just wanted to e-mail you all and say thanks!

Thanks for the congrats on reaching my goal and losing each week.
Thanks for the encouragement and support and praise.
Thanks for the comments on my before and after pics.
Thanks for the inspiration I have received from all of you.
And thanks for helping me with the contests, etc.

I can never express to you how much it all means to me!
I could never have lost 100lbs and met my goal without ANY of you!
I love you all and I appreciate everything you have ever said or done for me!
