My Personal List of Rules

I passed some of these rules on to the newsgroup my FMily NG, and some seemed to like them. So I felt it would be good to share with the rest of you.

Don't take any medication, herb, or pill on an empty stomach.(unless prescribed).
Drink alot of "purified" water... I use "pure". When in doubt, boil!
If you don't have a rapport with a Doctor in a reasonable amount of time, leave!
See all Physicians as human beings, some are pursueing excellence, and some have personal problems (just like you and me), and some are just down right nasty...and should be in a different profession!
Confront when necessary...leaving all things to chance is self-defeating.
Never drive on a new medication or when I have Fibro-fog...until I'm sure of it.
Follow all medical instructions such as; when, how, and dosage of medicine (over the counter as well as prescription)... Request any additional information from Pharmacist.
Treat myself as lovingly as I do my own children.
Make time for this illness...and realize enough is not known about it, (even after all this time they still haven't found a real cause behind Multiple Schlerosis, and others yet).
Those who enjoy kicking you when your're down...C'est la vie! (?) Well you get the idea anyway. ;-)
Comfort others more.
Finding ways to release the anger, and frustration...without hurting the innocent.
Trust God, and focus on the beauty of His creation...the good is a hint of what's to come!
