 Preserved Crosville Vehicles

SC12, 782 EFM, Bristol SC4LK with ECW B35F Bodywork. New to Crosville in 12/1957, converted to a Busway Maintenance Vehicle in 1975 and withdrawn in 1981. Sold by Crosville Cymru to Northern Bus in 1995 when British Bus ordered the sale of Historic Buses owned by the Company.

DFG 38, AFM 402 A, Bristol Lodekka FS6G with ECW H33/27RD Bodywork. New in 7/1961 registered 319 PFM. Converted to a Driver Trainer in 2/1979 and renumbered G38. DFG38 was withdrawn in 1989 and then sold for preservation in 1991.

ERG 52, UFM 52 F, Bristol RELL6G with ECW DP50F Bodywork. New in 1968 and used by Greasby Scouts from 1981 to 1989. Now in preservation with Nolan, Wallasey (201 bus group).

DFG 157 , 4227 FM, Bristol Lodekka FS6G with ECW H33/27RD Bodywork. New in 5/1964, withdrawn in 1977 and sold for preservation in 1984. Now owned by the DFG157 Group, Warrington.

G386 , TYJ 424, is a Bristol MW6G recovery vehicle, with cut down ECW Bodywork. New to Crosville in 6/1960 as No.SMG386 and registered 302 PFM. 386 was converted to a Towing vehicle in 1978 and is seen here at the 1996 POPS bus rally.

SLB229, LFM 810, Bristol LWL6B with ECW B39R Bodywork. New in 12/1951 and withdrawn in 1970.

G792, ACA 603 A, Bristol Lodekka FS6G with ECW H33/27RD Bodywork. New to Crosville in 5/1956 as No. DLG792 and registered XFM 203. Converted to a Driver Trainer in 3/1974, withdrawn in 1989 and losing it's orginial registration to a Coach in 1986.

ETE944, LFM 320, Leyland Tiger PS1/1 with Weymann DP35F bodywork. New in 1950 and withdrawn in 1964. ETE944 was one of a batch of 35 Tigers diverted from the Midland General Omnibus Co.

G950, 286 HFM, Bristol Lodekka LD6G with ECW Bodywork. This bus was recently a towbus, formaly numbered DLG 950, but has just been sold into preservation. The photograph is by G. Plevin.
