This is an attempt to summarise all vehicles that have operated for COMS since 1946. It is split into separate sections for different vehicle types; at first sight, the categories may seem rather random, but I have attempted to fit them wherever possible to the COMS numbering system, so as to make the list as clear as possible. Like all our other lists, it is unofficial, and probably contains inaccuracies and/or omissions. Any corrections are therefore welcome (however pedantic they may seem) and will be credited.
It is worth pointing out that vehicles described as "lowheight" or "lowbridge" in this context are those capable of passing under Oxford station bridge, whereas those described as "highbridge" or "overheight" are not. The original height limit was
