October 31, 1998. Halloween Night. My best friend Jackie and I had been planning our costumes since the beginning of summer. At first we had decided that I would get a dog costume and walk on all fours, like our canine friends...but when we realized that would be impossible, we decided to improvise.

And improvise we did. We decided to get creative, and try something crazy. So we came up with a "Vampire in Chains" and "The Beast Mistress." *shown above*

For those of you, the readers, who are wondering what each of our costumes are made out of...I am getting ready to go into detail, just for you, the readers.

Jackie's costume, The Beast Mistress, was made out of normal everyday clothes. She wore her black leather pants, a silver tank top, and a black suede, button-down-the-front jacket/shirt. Her black Hi-top boots.

She also had on her choke chain dog-collar, and her black nylon dog color. The red heart, dog tag calling out her name "Goddess." If you gaze at her right hip and thigh, you will notice a real chain (submissiveness), and a black suede and leather cord whip (to keep the beast in line).

On her teeth were an expensive pair of Vampire Incisors, and a lot of gaging Poli-Grip, Denture Adhesive Cream. She left her hair to hang free and silky feeling. Her nails were filed to a point and coated in a black nail polish. On her face she did her own makeup - to find out more about it, you will have to e-mail her to find out.

E-Mail the Goddess

My costume, Vampire in Chains, was made out of normal everyday clothes. I wore my black jeans, black leather vest, and a black sports bra. I also wore my black Hi-top boots. But with those clothes I added a black cape with a red lining, and black leather gloves, minus the fingers.

Around my neck is seen two black nylon dog collars. The biggest one is my baby, which is covered in sharp spikes (can you guess why it is my favorite). The smaller one is just a plain dog collar. The red heart tag calling out my name "Vixen."

Attached to these dog collar there was a REAL chain, weighing in at about 45 - 50 lbs. After attaching the chain to my collar, it was wrapped around my wrists, and then finally down around my ankles. Holding the chain in place (around my ankles and wrists) were 4 big master locks. Also attached to my dog collar was a real dog leash with a red handle. This can be seen being held in the hands of "The Beast Mistress."

On my teeth were an expensive pair of Vampire Incisors, and a lot of gaging Poli-Grip, Denture Adhesive Cream. I allowed Jackie's mom to tease my hair, a scary thought, and a scary final product, but it looked good (that was all that mattered). My nails were coated in a black nail polish. E-Mail the Vixen

After we both got all dressed up in our costumes, we took Jackie's little sister and two of her friends out Trick or Treating. We had a wonderful time making people stare at us, two adults in costume walking house to house. A few of the people took pity upon us and gave us some candy...but we were not out to get the candy, we were out to have a fun time, and to top our costumes from last year. Which we did without any problems. The best two comments we heard all night long were, "Oh My God..." and "That is cute ladies."
