Africa

Africa is home to a lot of animals, ranging from the lemurs from Madagascar, to Wild Dogs of the Serengeti, to the Lions of the Savannah. It is often known only for the animals that roam free, while people rarely think of the illegal trade and poaching that occurs in this vast continent.

• Baboons! One of the smartest animals!
• Elephants! The biggest land animals!
• Hyenas! Feared for their goulish laugh!
• Kudu! Striped antelope!
• Lions! Thought to be king of the jungle!
