The agonising part about being in USA3 is that we were always
placed 1st Runner-up week after week in the 'Cleanest Place'
competition. Everyday we hear the same old words 'Those on duty,
please rub the board' from the Captain Planet of SMI, Dr Clean ,
until it is drilled into our heads. But, we actually see him
cleaning the board himself because most of us are too busy with
our work, most are just plain ignorant and some just pretend not
to hear. So, poor Dr. Clean has to rub the board himself everyday.
All this happens to be part of a plot by the stunning Poison Ivy
and cool Miss Freeze to instil laziness upon the associates, with
their venom. But thanks to the effort of the 3 Mouseketeers and
their superb Cyber-Space computer(our information counter which
once you activate , will never stop feeding you information) ,
they managed to come up with an antidote to banish the poisonous
fumes by chanting 'Why nobody do duty?' and 'Please do your
duties!' everyday to eradicate signs of laziness and 'chin chai'
ness.
'Whoosh…' The arrival of Dark Phoenix and his crew, the cute
Tamagotchi, to keep him entertained and to debit another RM50
into Bandai's account, his sidekick, Transformer, who was once a
Decepticon but now a 'good guy' and Frau Shmidt, his housekeeper,
whom he needs all the time to pick up after him. Thinking he is
the master of all masters, he challenges Black Stallion to a duel.
The battle includes throwing of chalks, running on tables,
battling with sticks and keeping quiet for 3 minutes. Now we know
why there is always a shortage of chalks in USA3. Trying to keep
the place clean, Dr. Clean would eventually persuade them to stop
but ends up being the target practise instead. The graceful
Twinkle Toes would come prancing in after every battle to heal
the wounded with her touch.
Missy Mouse, the quietest associate, sits quietly everyday at her
desk peering through her glasses at the rest of us. But let's not
be deceived by her looks for as she joins her counterparts,
Braces-Aces and Sleepy, the 8th Dwarf, they chatter non-stop and
giggle uncontrollably. Sleepy would sometimes be missing from
work for a few days but the other two would mantain their level
of laughter. Miss Goody-Goody Two Shoes would just stare at them
and go on with her work.
Together, we defeated 6 other Associations in the annual marching
competition. Under the guarding eye of the Dark Phoenix, we
practised hard, starting from the basics, for some of them did
not even know how to 'Krip, Krip, Krip nan Krip'. Sweating and
burning under the scorching sunlight, we counted and counted and
marched and marched. And guess what? We won!! All the changes in
skin colour did pay off after all! Alas! We couldn't be the
winning team any longer! The association had to split. Goodbye
fellow compatriots. The headquarters were sending away Dark
Phoenix, Transformer, Yuen and Hing, Cyber-Space, Frau Shmidt and
me. Leaving behind a sad Mouseketeer, a lonely Stallion and a
neglected Tamagotchi, we vented out our anger, tried to negotiate
and said our goodbyes. Now, without the antidote, the vigilant
pair assumes position to take over the association.
There you have it, the popular Under-Stressed Association where
everyone just has fun and rose together as the best association.
