The V.Y.N. can be reached in a variety of ways. You can write to us:

If you live in New Paltz you can bump into Tovah Walters-Gidseg, our Coordinator, at the health-food store or library.....

Or you can always just scream if you're nowhere near New Paltz, a post office, or a computer. However, I don't recommend this method of communication because you may disturb the people around you and Tovah's ears aren't that great so unless you live in the Northeastern United States, she probably won't hear you.
