RK Graphics Button Bar Options

theRK Graphics Button Bar can be customized for individual requirements.
On this applet, when the mouse is over a button the option is highlighted and offset.
and if selected, the button is offset again and the border color changes. The button menu imports one image file for all button options. The buttons support 3 mouse events: normal, over, down.

All of the options on this menu can be changed including the text size, menu colors, and
