RK Graphics PopUp Message Menu Options

theRK Graphics PopUp Message Menu can be customized for individual requirements. On this applet, when a menu option is activated with a mouse over event
a message is displayed next to the option discribing the link, similar to a help message.
With a mouse down the menu option is highlighted. The menu supports 3 mouse
events: normal, over, and down.

All of the options on this menu can be changed including the text size, menu colors, and
