The Awards That We Have Won!

Janet (02/04/99) Dan & Carol Reply: From what we have seen and read on Janet's site, we are certain that she is a very sweet and caring lady. It is rare to find a web site with as much written by, and about, the author as you will find on Janet's many pages. Also, this is our second award from a fellow WebTV site and Janet also offers many different awards for different categories, but since we are undoubtedly partial to cats, this one is very appropriate! It's with much gratitude that we accept your award.

Again, Congratulations and take care....." Doug (02/06/99) Dan & Carol Reply: Doug (aka U-L-T-R-A), is a really great guy and he has built one S-U-P-E-R site for WebTV users. His site has lots of cool "tips and tricks" along with some very clear instructions and good examples of how to put them to good use. If, by some chance, he doesn't have exactly the info that you're looking for, we're sure his links and banners pages will take care of you. Last, but not least, he offers a mighty fine looking award for WebTV sites. Needless to say, we are extremely thrilled to be among the sites that have received U-L-T-R-A'S award. Firstly, Susanne is from Sweden and these are the first international awards that we have been given from Europe. Secondly, Susanne offers a number of awards for different categories, but the "Star" award is a cut above all of the others. Lastly, Susanne has a very fine web site of her own with a focus on the family and, we might add, she has a very large family of her own. Thank you very much for both of your beautiful awards, Susanne!

His site is well worth taking a look at regardless of whether you are a WebTV or PC user. TBOOB has gone a step beyond "kewl" and we thank him very much for the award!

You can find Calvin & Hobbes wallpaper (for PC users), web rings, links, and more to come. Naturally, Chris also offers an "Award For Laziness" which we were fortunate enough to receive. We figured that with all the time we spend in bed surfing the net and working on our web site, with our WebTV, that we probably qualified. Well, as you can see, we apparently did.
