Comments: Hello, and Thank you so much. I happened onto your site about a year ago and printed out all the info I found. What for I don't know, I was brand new to the Internet with no idea of ever making web pages. And now a year later that is what I'm doing. I m building my own web site with the help of SkyBiz and I couldn't have had midi's without your help or lots of other things that I added to my pages, I just kept referring to the notes I'd printed out from your site. I tell everyone about your site. My aughter has been here and another SkyBiz builder wrote to ask me how I got a midi on my site and I sent him to you. Thanks a million!! Love the changes you've made. Gidg

Comments: Hi, Can you help me? How do I hide a "link" within a document, which has been generated by a cgi script. e.g. if you go to www.floristsaustralia.com/search.htm and do a search on, say "melbourne" on the results, there is a "help" link which I wish to eliminate or hide somehow. Appeciate any help. Alan

Comments: Your pages are full of many helps.I just wish that more would take the time to make their pages as you said suitable for all to read. I often wonder myself what my own look like when read by a computer's browser. I found the explanation about alt= quite h lpful. This is the first time I've seen an explanation regarding the blind.Thank you for making this terrific web site so insightful.
| Comments: I was in the process of looking for the various tutorials that I have used and profitted by. My plan is to organize them and refer them to the various newbies I meet in cyber space. | Comments: Hello, i visited your site yesterday & Signed your guest book. This is in reference to that. I am fairly new at this web stuff & as I mentioned in my previous message, i printed out some of your tutorials to put in a personal notebook for use as i try to etter my webpage. I have since learned that perhaps this might constitute copyright infringement on my part. I wish to apologize if this is the case as i intended no harm. I have seen other sites that say they are ok to download, print, etc. & I didn't no ice this at your site. Therefore i was unsure whether you might take some offense to my use. Anyways if this is the case i again offer my apologies & would like to again say that you have a very nice & useful website. Please e-mail any concerns or comment to me. Thanx Allan Lewis |

Comments: Thank you for saving the 12th Squadron’s site. I have also found a lot of great information on your site. You were the first to inform us of the "Transloader". Thanks from the 12th. and WebTv users.

Comments: Hi Sue, I'd like to thank you for the links and advice you've put on this page. I'm just starting to set up a page and am pretty clueless. Between that and work it may be a while, oh well. Thanks again, Mike
Comments: Thank you for prviding such an informative page!
Comments: Sue, I know you're not technically MY Community Leader, but I've been reading your advice in the "Other Questions" help forum for ages now, and I wanted to let you know that when I have a question, I check your page first. I also wanted to tell you how much I admire EMTs - my little brother (he's only 21!) volunteers with the EMS, and knowing what he goes through every time a call comes in... You should be proud!
Comments: Great job, I've got you bookmarked for future reference. Congratulations this site is a keeper. ![]()
Comments: Sue: I really appreciate your tutorials and you certainly have a look of knowledge about HTML. I have a problem with one element, but please don't interpret my remarks as criticisim. For those of us with vision problems the blue on blue is difficult to re d. Is it possible to offer an alternative with a backround that provides a greater contrast with the text. If we could have a choice it would be greatly appreciated. I know that what I'm asking is an imposition on you time so unless you feel it may benefi others as well, you should disregard my comments. Keep up the good work and if necessary I'll make do with what you currently offer. Thanks for your consideration. Mike Hansen The Wisconsin Badger.
Comments: I have put up a page inviting people to comment on geocities new anti kid policy.

Thank you again for my lovely award for excellence in design...it was only possible because of helpful and considerate people like you! Maybe one day,I too will learn enough to be of assistance to others. |

Comments: Sue, I have created a web page in FrontPage 98. It has a home page and 5 sub pages underneath. I followed some on line instructions and used the Web Publising Wizard to upload my folder. Do I have to upload all the subfolders that have my graphics and other information? I tried and received several errors. Also, I deleted my index.html from my previous page. I created another one, but I don't know what information it needs in it. I'm getting frustrated so I'd appreciate any help. Thanks
Comments: Hi Sue!! I just found out about this page (10 mins. ago). So far I have only read praise for yourself, so I'm sure I've come to the correct place to learn about putting a page together. I have a real basic question. I am using AOL 4.0 and whatever browser they use (yep I don't know much when it comes to this stuff). On your very first web page you talk about THE BASICS and " One of the best ways to learn, though, is by using your browser. How? By studying HTML document source codes. How to do this? Just select from your Browser's menu at the top, the View selection. From the choices presented, select Document Source. r Frame Source if you're in a frame. Study as many as you can...both good pages, bad pages and mediocre pages. Why the bad pages? To see what NOT to do. I can't find 1. My Browser's Menu 2. Anything to do with View selection or Document source or Frame Source. So if you could point me in the right direction (as it's probally right there and I'm just blind) I would appreciate it. Thanks; Neil
