FAQ: How do I choose the sites? I link sites that are attractive, lively, full of personality, etc. I reject sites that are boring, hard to read, not working properly, too simple, not in English, etc.

NOTE TO WEB MASTERS: If you include music in your site, please provide the option of turning it off, because 1) my PC has 16M RAM and hangs frequently with music, 2) I may be listening to something else, eg. a CD, when I'm surfing, and 3) my PC's speakers are lousy, which makes any music awful! Thanks!
