Think of all the names that have been given to the "Creator". In all the different languages and traditions whether they be primative, western or eastern, they all have one thing in common... They all have the same sound. Here are a few of them: (Say these out loud) |

Allah Buddha Krishna Tao Ra God |

If you listen to each one of these you will find that there is a sound that accompanies every one of these names. The sound is "AH ". " AH" is a very unique sound. It is associated with joy, and it is the sound that is used to create something from nothing. In these meditations we use the root chakra (the sex center), and the third eye chakra (the point between the eyebrows). There is a channel of energy that goes between these two points on the body. In order to be able to create, what we call procreation, the sound "AH" is formed. When we say "ahhhh", we associate that with joy and we also associate that with procreation. In order to be able to manifest an idea, you can also use this sound "AH". When doing these meditaions think of the "ah" eminating up from the root chakra to the third eye and clearing out that channel. When you reach the level of "city conciousness" and allow yourself to go beyond the mind, a thought that is put into this conciousness is instantly reproduced in the material world. There is no time lag. No action is required. This is the ancient wisdom of manifestation. |
