- ya's got the shoooes!
This is me right before I step out to pick Dawn up. I can't lie to you
- this pic is all about the outfit.
Dawn (my dance partner and infinitely wonderful friend) found them shoes at
a second hand shop for forty bucks and they were just about my size. And lemme' just
tell ya': it's all about the shoes!
The slingshot suspenders were a long time coming, but I have to admit I had
to buy them new. I sewed the buttons myself, though! Ma' would be so proud...
The handkerchief is actually a restaurant napkin from my parents' last
restaurant. It's a memento and a good way to deal with sweat.
Thanks to Esmerelda and Dawn for holding my hand and playing dress up with
me until I got myself together.
