The Soundtrack MIDI Page

I know I've heard that somewhere before...

Sometimes I'll be watching T.V., or a movie, or basically anywhere, and I'll hear some music that really sounds good. Since I'm busy watching said T.V., movie, etc., however, I don't have time to pay it much attention. I think it's important to recognize that some movies/shows/plays have really good soundtracks. Try these on for size, and check the Links Page for others.

• Animaniacs (Title Theme) - T.V., 12 kb. "I'm not wearing any pants!"
• Apollo 13 (Title Theme) - Movie, 4.29 kb. I really liked this movie. The only way they could have made it better would be by naming it Apollo 18.
• Beetle Juice (Title Theme) - Movie, 25.4 kb. I like this movie because you get to see Michael Keaton's crazy side, which is really a lot of fun.
• Blade Runner (End Credits Theme) - Movie, 68 kb. "I've done . . . questionable things. Nothing the God of biomechanics wouldn't let you into heaven for."
• Dr. Who (Title Theme) - T.V. Show, 15.5 kb. This being one of the coolest shows of all time, it is only fitting that the opening music be enshrined here for all time.
• Fiddler on the Roof (Tradition) - Musical, 55.6 kb. "May God bless and keep the Czar... far away from us!"
• Ghostbusters (Title Theme) - Movie, 26.5 kb. One time I turned into a dog and these guys helped me. Thank you.
• He-Man, Masters of the Universe (Title Theme) - T.V. Show, 3.73 kb. Remember He-Man? He's back, in MIDI form.
• Indiana Jones: Raiders of the Lost Ark (Raiders' March) - Movie, 130 kb. "Throw me the idol and I'll throw you the whip!"
• Lawrence of Arabia (Title Theme) - Movie, 21.4 kb. This movie is literally an epic, and one of the greatest ever made. If they're coming to take you away (ha ha), make sure you see Lawrence of Arabia before they do.
• Les Miserables (Medley) - Musical, 115 kb. I laughed, I cried, it was better than Cats. This file is a little bit from the major songs of the show.
• Life of Brian (Always Look on the Bright Side of Life) - Movie, 44 kb. You are all individuals! We are all individuals!
• Mary Poppins (Feed the Birds) - Movie, 10 kb. Say what you will about nannies riding around on umbrellas, the music is still good.
• Midnight Cowboy (New York City Theme) - Movie, 40 kb. See Jon Voigt and Dustin Hoffman as the wee lads they once were.
• The Muppet Movie (The Rainbow Connection) - Movie, 17 kb. It's a little known fact that Kermit the Frog and his entire band of muppet compatriots graduated on the steps of Vassar College's ACDC building.
• Peanuts (Skating Theme) - T.V. Show, 14 kb. Good grief, you block-head.
• Peanuts (Title Theme) - T.V. Show, 20.3 kb. How can you not like the Peanuts Theme? Everyone likes the Peanuts Theme! That's just the way it is!
• Peanuts (Xmas is Coming) - T.V. Show, 19 kb. Generally I don't go in for Christmas-type music, but this, I believe, is a cut above the rest.
• Red Dwarf (Title Theme) - T.V. Show, 14.4 kb. "If you like Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, you'll like Red Dwarf" - a satisfied viewer.
• The Rocky Horror Picture Show (Dammit, Janet) - Musical, 10.1 kb. One of my favorite musicals.
• The Rocky Horror Picture Show (Eddie) - Musical, 32 kb. What's for dinner? Meatloaf!
• The Simpsons (Title Theme) - T.V. Show, 38.3 kb. 'Nuff said.
• Starlight Express (Starlight Express) - Musical, 12 kb. Rollerskating trains.. it could happen.
• Star Wars: A New Hope (Cantina Theme) - Movie, 25.5 kb. This is a file that needs no introduction. If you don't know it like the back of your hand, go see Star Wars right away!
• Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back (The Imperial March) - Movie, 88 kb. You can spot an impressive bad-guy by his kickass theme music. Don't even TRY steppin' to the Empire, fool.
• Star Wars: Return of the Jedi (Ewok Parade) - Movie, 32 kb. You know, lots of people have bad-mouthed these little furballs, but I've got to say, Ewok beats Gungan any day of the week.
• X-Files (Title Theme) - T.V. Show, 38 kb. Your standard alien/FBI agent love affair story... no, wait. That's Golden Girls. Sorry.
