LOUISIANA RENAISSANCE FESTIVAL 2000
        Saturday, 4 November

"Welcome! Welcome, one and all!"From their lofty vantage point, the King and Queen of LRF warmly greeted the Opening Day throng at the Main Gate. After a short speech proclaiming Harvest Festival in Yallsburg/LRF, the King commanded the gates be opened and the festivities begun. His proclaimation was enthusiastically greeted with three thunderous "Huzzah!s" as the crowd surged forward, eager with anticipation.
