-Why does the site open up in a new window?

When you type in the address 'go.to/tkd', the address remains in the address bar. Even when you leave the page, it stays there. I just thought it would be more convenient to have a new window popup. Also theres some kind of error on the first page that I haven't been able to fix. Now you can just close that window and continue on with the site.
