Footdrills are an exercise in foot work and endurance. Emphasis should be placed on replacing the foot after each technique. The philosophy behind this is if you have an opponent that doesn't move bak during a fight, then you can make multiple attacks by replacing your feet. These kicks should be high and dynamic. Each drill is performed twice with a kihop on the second technique.

Footdrills:

.Change Step

.Front Snap Kick

.Outside to Inside Crescent Kick

.Rear Leg Axe Kick

.Rear Leg Hook Kick

.Back Kick

.Spin Hook Kick (When performing the spin hook kick, ensure you spin back to your original stance, then change step and kick with the other leg)

.Tornado Round House Kick (When performing the tornado round house kick, ensure you step back after the first kick and then perform second technique. After completion of last kick, step back twice.
