Constructed October 1997
The Rocking was constructed using Mahogany. It is four feet long, three feet high and six inches in width. The saddle lifts to reveal small felt lined compartment. No suitable plans could be found, so I had to design my own. The project took me approximately one month to complete from designing the plans to the final coats of tung oil. The finished results were stunning and everyone was excited when I presented it to my wife on our wedding day.
