today was (and still is for another hour) World Tibet Day, a day in which people in different cities throughout the world gather in celebration, remorse, devotion, protest for Tibet. We were lucky enough to attend this event in New York City's Central Park. Speaking for both of us, we had an excellent day. It is amazing to see people gathered together for a common belief- so profound. Some speakers shouted, others whispered. Read more about it here. Happy Tibet Day from the Lovely Audience. *7/10/99

for a while courtney, our cowebmaster, has refused comment about a certain sensative subject and we apologize for the silence. our intentions were to bring you information "from the fans" about this year's Tibetan Freedom Concert in Chicago (actually in WI). the DISAPPOINTING news is that our embassedor, courtney only made it half way there in her car with her dad and turned around due to exhaustion and parental manipulation. this has basically been our luck all year! sorry to those i spammed, thanks for sticking with us. i just talked to her and she PROMISES one AMAZING site.

we at the lovely audience bid Courtney, co-webmaster of this site, a fond farewell and the utmost luck. Today she departs for the U.S. Tibetan Freedom Concert. She promsises to come back with goodies and pictures for us and I can't wait. In the mean time, I'll be adding and working away here.
