Sadiki Kambon, A cultural-events organizer in the South End and Lower Roxbury, is a 20-year resident of the Piano Factory.

Lurey Khan, Writer Lurey Khan's work has appeared in The Boston Sunday Globe, and Vogue. She is the author of One Day Levin...He Be Free, William Still and the Underground Railroad (Dutton, New York); a biography for young readers, soon to be expanded, and The Prayer Rug, a novel. She is the recipient of the Mary Lizzie Saunders Clapp Scholarship at Radcliffe College and the Mary Roberts Rinehart Foundation Grant in Creative Writing. She received Honorable Mention in Prose from UrbanArts, a member of the Massachusetts Council of the Arts & Humanities. She is a member of The Author's Guild, New York.

Fredericka King, Ms King, a pianist, is on the faculties of Emerson College and the New England Conservatory of Music, Extension Division. She made her New York debut at Carnegie Recital Hall. She has performed numerous recitals in the US and abroad, and has been the featured artist on radio and TV programs. She recently appeared as guest artist with the New England Spiritual Ensemble in a tribute to Roland Hayes at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum.
