in depth look at poem: This poem was written for a girl who I met in chat. Her name is Kelly. Her handle is Lady Rose 16, BBJBud, and 7 others. I chatted with her most under the handle Lady Rose 16. Anyway, I enjoyed the time chatting with her so much that I wrote her a couple of poems. This is the first one.


Kelly

Oh, Kelly you are so sweet
you make my shyness fade, quite a feat (considering how shy I am)
you take away all of my pain
you're like an umbrella from the rain.
you're like water when I feel dry
to my night, you're like the sun in the sky.
Oh, Kelly nothing that I could ever say or do
could ever let you know how special you
truly are in my eyes and in my heart.
I couldn't explain how I feel, I couldn't even start.
Oh, Kelly thank you so much for being so kind
thank you for helping me, when I was uptight, to unwind
and meanwhile showed me your kind personality
now you've ironed your way into my reality. :-)
