in depth look at poem: while going through and organizing my poetry I came upon yet another poem that I wrote for her that was not on my page.. so I'm putting it here now.


this love I feel for you

feels like fire in my soul.
this love I feel for you...
it's burning, tearing through me...
with every thought of your grace,
every mention of your beauty....
for I know the truth deep within my heart.
I know....
I know that I can never have you,
never hold your hand in mine,
never feel your arm around me...
never know what it's like for you to be mine...
and me be yours.....
