I wish you were here

I wish you were here
I am alone without you
the loneliness won’t go away
can’t you feel my sadness

I wish you were here
I have no friends without you
the pain won’t go away
can’t you feel my emptiness

I wish you were here
I am sad without you
the bitterness won’t go away
can’t you feel my loneliness

I wish you were here
I am mentally chained
to the wall of this pain
can’t you feel my captivity
