2/15/00. Despite some positive changes this season in foul calling by NBA refs, the big men of the league still get away with flagrant offensive fouls, bumping and butting their way to the hoop. When in doubt, the defender gets called for the foul. It's the lazy ref's way out of making a difficult but accurate call.
