Ode to my great owner

  • I am a little puggy dog
    I sleep and sleep all day
    But when my dad comes home from work
    I like to run and play.

  • I have a tail that curls around
    A small black button nose
    Big brown eyes that are so deep
    And tickey claws on toes.

  • I like to have my tummy rubbed
    Likewise my little ears
    I chase the squirrels in our backyard
    And fill them all with fear.

  • When I sleep they say I snore
    And snort and snuffle too
    But dad still loves me anyway
    I'm his pug - what can he do.
