WHAT I MEAN BY LOVE

To me, love means the persistent desire to interact with the beloved object, whether inanimate or desirous objects.

In the case of living, desirous objects, the lover must feel benevolent toward the object.

For example, although torture is a form of interaction, the persistent desire to torture someone (against their desires) does not count as love for that person.

What is loved, in this case, is the act of torturing that person, not the person.
