What is this site all about?

A little information:
For information regarding the featured artists here, go to their official sites:
Curve at http://www.curve.co.uk/ and Tanya Donelly at http://www.4ad.com.

This site came about after i attended the Curve [comeback] gig on Tuesday 18th in London. I met lots of people who were interested in seeing the results of my photos. Some were contactable over the internet, and so i thought "Wouldnt it be an idea to put them up so everyone can see them".
And so i did, in about 4 hours flat i had the site up and running.
(Obviously it has had lots of little updates since then)
Now the site looks to be expanding as more people offer to put up more photos from Curve's excellent gig.

Tanya Donelly appeared here since her one-off special gig a few days later provided another photo opportunity.
There'll be more from that gig soon.

Theres loads of hype surrounding the Warm Jets at the moment - I guess i might put up the rest of my Warm Jet photos then... stay tuned!

At 4ad.com, Tanya Donelly has the featured profile.

Why is this site called 'Nowhere'?
Because 'Nowhere' is the name from a recent Curve track, released as part of a soundtrack to an American Indie film by Gregg Araki.
Oh, and '..going nowhere..' sounded right too.

WHY?
For those asking why aren't there all those new fangled things like frames, javascript, java applets, qtvr, shockwave, etc on this site, heres why:
It's not because i can't, its's because, for this site, i won't. It's as simple as that - The tables and the imagery are about the extent to which i will 'pretty' this site up. In my experience, unless you're very lucky, you are unlikely to have a rock-solid connection, the fastest internet connection, the most upto date browser and an unlimited capacity phone bill with which to access the World Wide Web. In fact, i still come across people using the great-granddaddy of them all: Lynx (a text-only based browser).
I feel it unfair if i were to exclude these people from being able to see the pictures or read the news, and so that's why it hasn't been littered with these features.
And so now you know.
