Bordered Backgrounds
To use a bordered design on your web pages so that your text is aligned
properly for both Netscape and Internet Explorer browsers, place this
code in your HTML document just after the body background and text color
tags:
< table width=80% align=right >< tr >< td >< h4 >
At the very end of your page,
just before the closing body & html tags, close your table like this:
< /tr >< /td >< /table >< /H4 >
If you forget the closing tags, your text will not display in
Netscape browsers. Adjust the table width for borders that are either narrower or wider.
VERY IMPORTANT: Take the spaces out from between the opening and closing tags < >.
